Products must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original condition. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened products cannot be returned unless they are defective, damaged, or received in poor condition.

The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the consumer. However, if you received an incorrect, defective, damaged, or faulty product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
