Shipping & Returns

1.0 Shipping

We usually process all orders within 3-5 working days. When there is a delay in the supply we will advise you as soon as possible. If the products cannot be delivered within 30 days of your order, we will notify you of this delay so you may either cancel it or agree a further delivery time with us.

Once the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

We do accept international orders, and, of course, those will take longer to reach you than domestic orders.

All international orders have been priced at packaged air-mail. Please contact us if you want us to insure your package, otherwise we don't insure packages unless it is a large order.

Generally, once the package is shipped, it should arrive to you within 7 business days if you are located in Europe and it will take up to two weeks or more to ship the products outside of Europe. During the holiday season the delays may be higher.

Every order comes with shipping confirmation, which we send to you immediately upon shipment.

We reserve the right to adjust our shipping rates if necessary. Delivery costs are always clearly stated in your order confirmation and on your invoice. An estimation of the shipping costs can be calculated in your shopping basket.

We also ship orders outside Europe. As these costs cannot easily be calculated automatically and we want to propose the cheapest means of transport, we ask you to contact us of you don’t find your country in the list of countries so that we can offer you the cheapest rate.

Ensure your shipping details are correct as we will not be held liable for any products not received due to an incorrect shipping address being supplied.

Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes.

We will deliver the products following the delivery option selected by you during the order process. Any delivery time scales quoted to you are indicative only.


2.0 Ownership

Revolutionary sprl retains the complete ownership of products sold until the purchase price has been paid in full.


3.0 Delay and loss

Revolutionary sprl cannot be held liable for delays caused by transport.
In accordance with the legislation on ‘distance sales’, Revolutionary sprl is liable for the shipment until the moment of delivery. Big shipments can be traced by us, except small parcels sent by regular mail. If you have not received your order, please contact us within 15 working days.


4.0 Returns

Your complete satisfaction is our utmost priority. However, due to the nature of the products and the fact that different people have different experience and success with handmade products, we cannot offer refunds for products.

However please do contact us if something seriously goes wrong, we are always there to look into a solution together. 


5.0 Damage

The customer is responsible for immediately indicating any visible damage to the packaging on the delivery note and having this signed by the courier service. Products which are broken or missing on delivery will be credited or sent again by us on the condition that we have been notified within 48 hours of the delivery by e-mail, accompanied by a digital photograph. You will receive a confirmation that we have received your claim.
