External use

Applied to the skin, Matricaire aswell as Roman chamomile hydrosol is a soft delicate healer for sensitive, irritated skin and is tolerated even in the vicinity of the eye or in after-shave recipes.
It is recommended for the treatment of skin rashes, redness, sunburns, burns and balances skin prone to eczema. It is appreciated for it's calming and restorative effect even on skin that is suffering with psoriasis.
Use as a compres (alone or in synergy with witch hazel) to relieve pressure from venous congestion.
Chamomile hydrosol also has the virtue of lightening blond and light brown hair and it is a must ingredient in any shampooing aimed at doing so.

Internal use

Beyond its cosmetic use, chamomile hydrosol can relieve people that are suffering from difficulties in their digestive tract.
You can add one, two teaspoons in a glass of water to soothe and help you refocus. Chamomille does not have a sedative effect but rather brings stability and helps with using more of your emotional energy.

Conservation

Store in a closed container, protect from light and heat (12 months). Store between 0 and 4 ° C
