Use

You can use the mask before or after shampoo or instead of shampoo !

For most of hair types from dry to normal, mix 10-30g depending on the thickness and length with a tablespoon of low fat yogurt and some water or hydrosol (e.g. Geranium or Lavender) to form a runny paste. Alternatively, you can add few drops of lemon juice. Apply the mask on the wet hair and leave for 20 minutes.  Rinse fully. No need for shampoo, especially if the hair is dry to normal.  

For greasy hair we recommend mixing with more with hydrosols or water, and bit less of yogurt. You may need to use a mild shampoo (without sulphats and tensioactives) after the mask if the hair is very greasy. 

For dry hair, next to yogurt, you should add a tsp or two of olive oil. Apply it on the wet hair and leave for 20 minutes. Rinse fully. No need for shampoo.
