Properties

The beauty benefits of stinging nettle are numerous: nettle is a miraculous herb, packed with vitamins (C, B2, B5, B9 et A), iron and minerals and oligo elements (potassium, zinc, sulfur, calcium, silica). 

Rinsing hair with nettle infusion and using it for hair masks helps with scalp problems, dandruff and stimulates re-growth of lost hair. Nettle is rich in Silica and Sulphur thus encouraging thicker and shinier hair.

Usage

-        In pre-shampoo hair masks alone or in conjunction with other plant powders or clays

-        As a hair rinse or face tonic (bring water to boil, add the nettle powder and leave for 20 minutes before rinsing or using it as skin tonic)

-        In body and face care, by macerating the powder in the oil and then filtering

-        As a face mask combined with clay or other plant powders

Caution

Nettle powder is very fine and volatile, we advise you to protect your respiratory tract when using it with glasses and a mask for the nose and mouth.

Like with all cosmetic products, keep out of reach of children.

If irritation occurs discontinue use.
