Mix the Mahogany powder with water heated to 70–80°C until smooth and creamy. Apply the mixture evenly, strand by strand, using gloves. For root touch-ups, skip the lengths and ends.
Leave the color on for 60 to 120 minutes. The longer the application time, the deeper the result. To refresh your shade, leave it for 15–30 minutes. Afterward, rinse thoroughly with water, avoiding shampoo for 24–48 hours to let the full depth of the color develop.
During this time the color develops its full effect. Then apply some hair oil and let it act for 20 minutes to fixate the color pigments. So your khadi hair color will last longer.
